First tri at Albany pool at least 16 years ago. Remember being presented with box of chocolates from Jim McCauley for best new comer.

Toast and honey, banana, coffee and Gatorade in the car on the way in to Albany

21k run leg with short swim and shorter bike!

Denmark
river and used to be William Bay tri as close to home. (Not so mad rush in morning)

| What hobbies do you have other than triathlons? |
Denmark Little Athletics (president and coach) Finding babysitters, family- husband Pete, Sophie 7, Sam 4 and Jackson 2.

| What is your favourite training regime? |
Mountain bike ride down to greens pool, run on bibblumen track to Parry's and return, couple of laps around greens pool and back home on bike. Only do it with company.

| What is your biggest weakness? |
Caffeine, good quality ice-cream, and Scottish malt loaf from the Denmark Bakery. (You will have to buy before your triathlons as sells out quickly)

| What is your triathlon ambition? |
To one day have time to train and learn to ride the bike.

My Dad (he still runs by my side) Shame he couldn't swim or ride very fast!!!)
