Women's Triathlon

Long Course: 400m Swim, 20km Bike Ride, 4km Run/Walk

Short Course: 200m Swim, 10km Bike Ride, 2km Run/Walk

Emu Point - Swimming Lane Side

What to bring:

Swim: Bathers, towel (Goggles and swim cap optional although recommended)

Bike: Road worthy Bike, Helmet, Water Bottle, Bike shoes or sneakers

Run: Sneakers, Hat/Cap

Other: Remember Slip, Slop, Slap. Sunglasses are recommended on a sunny day. After the swim, you may need a shirt and a pair of shorts to pop on over your bathers to ride and run in.

It's not about winning, it's about getting to the end.

Challenging yourself to something you wouldn't normally do and that feeling of achievement when you cross that finishing line.
