WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK?

We are into the off-season, so check out the standard training days below:

Standard Training days

Cycling

TUESDAY - 6am start from the intersection of North Road and Lockyer Avenue. Loop takes us out to Robinson and back up Hanrahan Rd to finish at the Dome Cafe at 7am.

THURSDAY - 6am start from the intersection of North Road and Lockyer Avenue. Loop takes us up North Road and back down Middleton to Emu point. Finish at Bays Cafe or turn down Troode/Ulster to finish where we began at 7am. ~20km

SATURDAY - 7am starting at Bay Merchants Cafe. Distances vary from week to week. Shortcuts are always made available.

Riding in the DARK

A friendly reminder to ensure you have adequate lighting, both front and back. Please ensure batteries are new or charged up before the ride. Have the "be seen" motto for not only your safety but that of other riders.

Albany Cycle Club Rides

TUESDAY 5.30am start from the Hot Bread Shop near Coles on Albany Hwy. Finish at Bay Merchants Cafe at 6.40am.

THURSDAY 5.40am start from the intersection of Mercer Road and Chester Pass Road. Finish at Bay Merchants Cafe at 6.40am or Dome Cafe at 6.50am. This is a cycle club ride and tri bars are not to be used in the packs.

TUESDAY - 5:30pm @ ALAC - The Tri Club has 2 lanes booked

Running

FRIDAY - 5:30pm Port to Point Training @ Albany Golf Club - cnr Barry Court and Dillon Close (just past the club) Your choice of 3km, 4km & 5km. Come down and join us for a social run and a few drinks at the club afterwards. Note bring along extra clothes as long pants, covered shoes and t-shirts (ie no singlets) are required minimum dress at the club.
